📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S holidays.

During high order volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)

We offer standard shipping within the United States:

Shipping costs are FREE


📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.


📦 Shipping Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse, including tracking details and carrier information.


❗ Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.


📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 Hour of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
